This should help with material for this assignment.* Activity Directions For this assignment please do the following: Step 1: Think back to the strengths and weaknesses you identified from any personality test you took in the past. In approximately list them in approximately 450 words. This will give you a baseline of your capabilities and things you may need to develop in future. Label this material Baseline and keep it for use later. Step 2: Identify two role models- they could be well known people or individuals you worked with who made an impression on you. In approximately 500 words do the following: 1. Describe the traits that you admire most and state why you admire them. 2. State how you might employ those traits in your personal and professional life. Label this material Traits and keep it for use later. Step 3: Create a life mission statement using this worksheet (This is the word doc I attached.) You may exceed the space that appears under each question. Label this material Life Mission and keep it for use later. Step 4: Assess where you stand today relative to where you described yourself in the life mission statement. Next choose the one thing that will make a huge contribution toward achieving that mission. Then list the habits you need to develop, personal characteristics needed to become that future person, and resources you might need ex: a mentor. Step 5: Using the yellow highlighted text as section headings, in approximately 600 words use the list you made in step 4 to write a realistic plan for acquiring the things you need. Please use this format and label the material Self-leadership Plan. Objective: In this section state your objective ex: I want to develop a high level of comfort when speaking in public. Timeline: In this section note the time frame you propose to achieve the objective ex: this can be done in 12 months. Resources Needed: In this section note the resources that you may need. Opportunities to speak in front of a small group, followed by a medium size group, and then a large group as my confidence builds.
