Portfolio Milestone (worth 30 points of the Portfolio Project)
Your final Portfolio Project will be due at the end of Module 8. This week, then, you are going to write a rough draft of your paper. Think about the insights you’ve gained from the class readings and discussions as well as your own experiences in team design and project execution. You should also begin thinking about what you have learned about team creation, organization, and leadership functions needed to achieve successful projection completion, and thoughts about your participation and contribution to the team process as a leader, manager, or follower. Regardless of the assignment option you chose for the Portfolio Project, you must submit a rough draft of your progress for this Week 6 Portfolio milestone. Your rough draft must do the following things:
Be at least 6 pages in length
Include the introduction, literature review, and working references page (at the least)
Implement the CSU-Global Guide to Writing and APA Requirements (if you have questions regarding APA formatting this is a perfect opportunity to receive feedback and assistance from your instructor!)
**Below I attached a team execution plan that I used, you can incorporate this into the rough draft** After you complete the rough draft submit a copy to me this is worth 30 points of my grade, and then you will complete the final paper by adding more details into the paper.
Portfolio Project Assignment Choice Final project 300 points- Team Dynamics
Identify a project that would require team execution – a team that includes you as a participant. (You may use a fictional or real-life example of a project.) Identify the role(s) you would play in that team. (This proposal was due in Week 2 attached below).
**Incorporate MBTI theory and insights gained from class readings and discussions, ( results are attached below under MBTI assessment), and your experiences to design a team strategy. Incorporate details on team creation, organization, and leadership functions needed to achieve successful project completion, and information on your participation and contribution to the team process as a leader, manager, or follower. **
Your paper should be 8-10 pages long, follow the CSU-Global Guide to Writing and APA Requirements, and contain concepts from the reading materials and application to reality-based scenarios. Your paper should be original, thoughtful, and reflect your insight and analysis of both course materials and experiences.
**For this project the textbook is required!!** I cannot provide you with the textbook, therefore you need to have the textbook already. I also attached the grading rubric below based on how my professor will be grading the project.
