They are very arrogant and foolish and never think about their clients. Many employees do not follow the company rules and regulations, like they never come on time, leave early, or even talk with their colleagues during working hours. Their behavior is because they have many things they do, which they may think are none of the people’s concern. The options which should be incorporated are as follow. The Company should have a proper way to discipline workers like they can give them a warning, and then if they do it again the next time, they should send them away. A test should be made on the employees if they are doing something illegal or unethical after the test and make sure that what they are doing is morally right. They can take their job away from them. Therefore the solutions which are found are as follows. All the workers should be educated about what is wrong and right. The Company should hire a manager who can control the matters that can result in severe problems so that all workers are aware of their responsibilities and try to help each other.
