For over a century, towns in England have had access to neighboring planning. The decentralization act legally incorporated it into the UK master plan; however, the concept had been piloted by the first group of leading contenders since late 2009. Throughout history, NP has been a significant component of the central political agenda to decentralization, supporting local development, and boosting housing supply are all examples of devolution.
