Global Justice.Global justice is indeed a conceptual position that answers the question of fair allocation of advantages and costs around the globe and the sustainability of the organizations necessary to ensure such an equal system. Justice is an ambiguous terminology, and it has led to debatable questions on how it should be practiced to satisfy both parties in a particular circumstance since, in some instances, an extension of justice to one party may be perceived as injustice by the rival party.In the contemporary society today, with limited resources, there is high competition among human beings trying to satisfy their needs and wants in various ways due to different capabilities, resources, historical background, luck, et al. Human beings experience diversity in their endeavors and this brings in the question of equality and justice. It is challenging to balance resources, opinions, privileges, favors, punishment, and opportunities between two rival groups with a common interest. Philosophers have come up with several theories trying to explain how justice should be balanced in an ecosystem to satisfy both sides of the debate. For instance, it may be quite challenging to find justice for a family whose victim has been murdered in a court of law; detaining the person in prison may not find justice for the person killed. However, this might serve as a warning against society from committing such an act.Collective bargaining is the best way of ensuring justice among two rival groups competing against a similar interest. Both parties should be given a platform to air out their opinions and views on a particular aspect. The mediator should weigh the options with valid arguments from both parties, then a mutual agreement or consensus between the two parties should be brought to attention.
